As our products are all digital, we normally do not allow for any refunds. But please do let us know your issue within 7 days of your purchase, and we will do our best to solve the problem.
If we do issue a refund, please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process and appear on your account.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, or misuse of our products, or where we feel the refund policy is being abused.
