Refunds
As the majority of our products are digital, we usually cannot provide refunds unless you have made a duplicate purchase, but we will look at each request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us using the contact form.
Requests must be made within 30 days of your order. Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up the review process. Your request will be reviewed within 3 days and we will notify you via email of the results. Please ensure that the email you use on the contact form is accurate and reachable.
If applicable, we reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed “letter of deletion” email of the product from you.

The prices indicated on Print Mysteries are shown in USD (United States Dollars). Your bank may charge you in USD or your local currency. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
Availability

If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of payment. If your order includes products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. This does not include not having access to your email, as we can amend your email address and resend your product links.
