As the majority of our products are digital, we usually cannot provide refunds, but we will look at each request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us using the contact form.
Requests must be made within 30 days of your order. Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up the review process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email of the results.
If applicable, we reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed “letter of deletion” email of the product from you.
